Personality:
Frankie is a soft-spoken and patient powerhouse. Her speech delivery is very casual, and the language is 'colorful' and heavy with military jargon. She keeps her personal thoughts and opinions to herself unless asked for by the members of her team. Frankie has a habit of playing with her knife, tossing, flipping, carving, and cleaning under her fingernails. She's a proud and professional soldier and always keeps her emotions in check. Archer understands her position on the team and fully realizes her responsibility. If she thinks, she could get herself and the squad killed. Frankie is the most instinctual member on the 32nd. Her reflexes and speed with which she reacts is unmatched. She does not refer to herself nor the team as Snow Ghosts, letting others use that name if they like.
"Archer. Three-Two Group."
Her expertise is close quarters combat: unarmed, knife fighting, pistols, and shotguns. In a pinch Frankie can act as a spotter for the team's long-range specialist.
The snow and cold is where she grew up. It's where she is most at ease. Simple, clean, pure, and placid is how she describes snowfall. Most of her gear is outfitted for colder climates, insulated and colored in whites and greys.
Archer does not mind the immigration of the refugees. She does mind the ignorance, selfishness, and irresponsible way humans had reacted. If humans were the ones that had gone to the votan system...
Frankie likes children. She takes every opportunity to show them attention, play with them, and hopefully teach them better civil attitudes than whatever "humanity" humans are known for. Privately philosophical and religious, she's sensitive about her race in a manner that upsets her.
"Why did we start a fucking war against refugees?"
It's safe enough to say she doesn't like humans. Her heart resents her kind. She's racially prejudiced against humans, except individual females she finds attractive. Earth had been transformed into a dangerous place to live because humans are immature when it comes to being nice to others.
Despite her personal feelings Archer stays frosty.
History:
Frankie grew up in the north where snow falls year round. Her father was a pastor along with her mother. They ingrained a sense of peace within her. Comforted by beliefs in God and the Son, Frankie sleeps well without being haunted by the effects of the militaristic lifestyle she's chosen.
In her pre-adolescence she developed an interest in bodybuilding as she witnessed a group of Light Rifles. She was impressed early on and became adamant on becoming one of them. She trained herself hard in mixed martial arts and pistol marksmanship. In 2036 Archer recruited herself and was received well by most of the 3rd Platoon of the 2nd Company. They instructed her properly as she was able to withstand and drink the constant firehose of knowledge they offered. The young soldier was joyful and grateful that she'd found her calling: to be a force of good and part of a family that cared about and relied on each other.
In a few long trying years the squad came to recognize Archer as an invaluable member. She proved her mettle and earned their respect. She became very close with the platoon. As the company's numbers dwindled over the years, with every task they faced and opposition they encountered, Frankie realized she wasn't just another soldier in another unit. Archer found herself surrounded by veterans of the most elite kind. Operators that she had been with for ten years were still alive included herself. They regarded her as one of them. When the 2nd Company was reorganized into the 32nd Light Rifle Expeditionary Group and she was chosen as second squad's point specialist, all she could think of was 1987's 'Predator' and how elite and highspeed their tiny search and rescue team was, how quiet and effective they were, and how no votan was anything like the predator alien in that picture, that she'd met yet. As a unit, the 32nd was just as good if they weren't better.
Since then, the 32nd had perished making Archer the last surviving member. She humbly carries the accolades, skills, memories, and lessons learned from her former unit on newly assigned to the Paradise Protectors, where she serves invaluably as a heavy hitter, big gun, tactical muscle, and extra hand whenever possible.
